Create organizations to store activities, queues, and roles

Under the host organization, create organizations to store activities, queues, and roles.

Procedure 

1. Go to Organization Management, and select Organization Settings.

2. Under the host organization, create an organization with the name Tenant template.

3. If WFO V15.2 HFR7 or below is installed: Under the host organization, create an organization with the name Original roles.
