Workflow: Custom data mapping

By mapping meta data about an interaction, you can make that data available in Verint applications and reports.

Procedure 

  1. Standard and custom attributes

    Attributes are meta data related to an interaction (conversation).

  2. Map attribute to custom field

    To make a standard or custom attribute (meta data) from a conversation available in Verint, map the attribute to a custom field.

  3. For custom attributes, Map meta data to custom attribute.

    To make the data related to a custom attribute available in Verint applications and reports, your service provider must create a custom attribute on the adapter.

  4. Search and replay interactions

    You can find details about a conversation, review the messages, and analyze conversations using Risk Management and Interactions.
