Workflow: Configure and run call recovery for Zoom Meetings

Meetings recovery helps prevent lapses in audio, video, chat, and screen recordings that occur because of IP network issues and hardware or software failures.

Before you begin

Procedure 

  1. Enable automatic call recovery for Zoom Meetings

    Configure your Zoom Meeting adapter to recover interactions automatically.

  2. Optional. Run call recovery manually for Zoom Meetings

    Start digital interaction recovery manually if automatic recovery is disabled, your system or network recently experienced downtime, or you suspect conversations are missing.

  3. Recovery recommendation for Zoom Meetings

    Recovery recommendation helps to efficiently manage and recover files by tagging them with their unique identifier.

  4. Verify call recovery status for Zoom Meetings

    From the Interaction Capture Status page, you can see when call recovery was run, how many calls were missed and recovered, and if the process completed successfully or not.
