View the Capture Verification Incidents Trend Graph

The Incidents Trend Graph shows the number of call or recording segments with each issue type Automated Verification detected over a set period of time.

Procedure 

  1. Under Capture Verification, select Incidents.
    The list view of the Incidents workspace opens.

  2. Select the show Incidents Trend Graph Show Issues Trend Graph button icon button.

  3. To filter results, use the Organization, Time Frame, Data Sources, Issues, Incident Logs, and Severity filter options.

    • Applying a time frame filter changes the time period shown on the X axis.

      The maximum time frame the Incidents Trend Graph shows is 30 days.

    • When an issue filter is applied, the Incidents Trend Graph only shows results for the issue types selected in the filter. Issue types that are not selected in the filter show as unavailable in the legend, and their associated trend lines are hidden.

    • Applying a severity filter refreshes the Incidents Trend Graph to show all issue types associated with the call or recording segments that have an overall severity matching the Severity filters selected, not just issue types that have a severity matching the filter.

    • User or extension filters set using the search field on the list view of Incidents are also applied to the Incidents Trend Graph. The graph only shows issue types that exist for the call or recording segments associated with the filtered user or extension.

      User or extension filters can only be changed or removed on the list view of Incidents.

  4. To return to the list view of the Incidents workspace, select the show Incidents list view Show Issues list view button icon button.
