Workflow: Set up content capture

Follow this workflow to connect Name of the External System Center and the Recorder to capture audio from customer engagements. This solution captures completed interactions from the contact center.

Workflow

  1. Set up the Recorders for Cisco Webex Meetings

    For the Recorder to request data from external sources and to store the content it receives, assign the required service roles.

  2. Authorize Verint in Cisco Webex Meetings

    Configure the Cisco Webex Meetings Center to authorize communications from the Verint Recorder.

  3. Create the Cisco Webex Meetings data source

    The Application data source for Cisco Webex Meetings contains the parameters necessary to connect to the Cisco Webex Meetings application.

  4. Add agents for Cisco Webex Meetings

    In Verint User Management, create an employee for each person (agent) that you want to capture. Then, associate the employee to the capture profile.

  5. Create capture profiles for Cisco Webex Meetings

    You may have employees or organizations for whom you want to capture certain interactions types. To reduce effort and simplify administration, you can use a capture profile to define what is captured for specific organizations and employees.

  6. Create the Cisco Webex Meeting Audio Capture Adapter

    The Cisco Webex Meetings Polling Adapter connects the Interaction Capture Service to the Cisco Webex Meetings Center. When connected, the Verint Recorder gets and ingests audio of completed interactions.
